But Vigilance =/= ADVENT Strength. Your 0% SR is still going to bump off one ADVENT Strength but, if it spikes Vigilance by 5 points, ADVENT is going to flood that region with more legions. Why not just spike Vigilance? Detecting those Supply Raids is going to be hard after one or two full Retaliations. Afaik, with 1.1 the possible appearance of the Nest POI is tied to Forcelevel 12, which means roughly November. But you still need an Intel Package to have a chance to spawn it. It just modifies smokes you bring.
Dense smoke is very strong if you need to dig in. Flashbangs are better for a moving fight.
