Shinobi class can be dropped and it's perks rolled into the Reaper. Also the Vector rifles can work like the Marksman rifle of LW and have limited squad sight. Sword goes back to Assault and the Arc thrower becomes a utility item like the pistol with it's perks rolled into it via the proving ground ...

I can confirm they show up on troop columns missions, may have to be light + for them to show up as EL and VL normally have an 8 man rainbow pod and Hive Queen taking up the first slots.

Enable Sparks to use Famethrower and Rockets

Is it possible? They wouldn't get any of the perks so Techs would still be better with them but Sparks are still a bit on the weak side if you don't get them early enough to level up so I wanted to try out having ability to use all the heavy weapons. Also it would make Rainmaker a little better.

Why Intimidate over Guardian? Wouldn't you want to use it with cool under pressure? Or does Intimidate proc enough for it to be worth it?

I also thought about this idea has well as either an alternative upgrade to Soul Healing or added with the base attack but with how powerful burning is now on a 4 turn cool down it would have to be a small chance or based on PSI offense.

The thing about mass reanimate is that would require mind controlling a gatekeeper(or avatar to learn mass insanity or a codex to learn Psi bomb) to learn it, like MC an ethereal in LW 1 to learn rift. I don't think additional research is needed, in fact I think that would just make the PSI trooper...

Did you stop doing Intel package missions after a certain point? You need to do one to generate it's point of interest. If not then you could have been really unlucky.
