You can find it by editing XComGame.int (located in XcomGame/Localization/INT in the original game folder - not the mod folder) around line 2359 is m_strRevealed="REVEALED"

should be as easy as changing REVEALED to something like "HEY! THROW A FLARE!" or whatever you like

An interesting concept. Kind of like transferring jets to another base hanger. They would probably have to be 'out of the fight' for a while as they make their way across the globe. The further the haven, the longer the rebel would be out. Would make for interesting decisions

Like the grenadier (and all soldiers, really) are able to equip more than one grenade, could the specialist (or all soldiers) equip more than one medkit? or, does that effect the balance too much?

Is Long War 2 feature complete? By that I mean are there more drastic plans in the pipeline for changes for substantial then balance tweaks and/or bugfixes? I think the original Long War went up to version 15f or 15.5 roughly over the course of 2(?) years, each version generally added more features...

I don't understand the question. It seems like you've pretty much answered it yourself. You do need to take Advisers out of their slot to upgrade/train them. Always have a backup soldier to take their place in the meantime. Yes, like you said, this can all be done from the Resistance Management men...

Feature Request

I'm thinking since our pool of soldiers needs to be deeper in order to handle all the extra missions, won't we be fielding more sparks?

Could we get the ability to upgrade engineering with an additional spark repair bay?

Maybe in 1.2 with the big spark overhaul? ;)

Once a haven has over 13 recruits, they go into hiding. Would it be possible to have a toggle on the haven management screen for the 14th+ recruit join the Avenger's recruit pool?
