This may seem really dumb, but I'm not sure what the optimal path of region liberation is.
Are we liberating each one as we go? Or should we be making contact with additional regions?

I'm having the same issue. Same thing, didn't show up until mission 5 or 6. Am running Gotcha, Tactical UI, and Show Health Values as far as UI mods go. Also using Mod Config Menu so I can use soundtrack mods. Replaying the mission gives me a decent chance to not encounter the bug, but it's frustrat...

Just read that rebels can be hidden faceless. Ive wished for that feature since I saw that enemy for the first time 2 years ago. How will it affect gameplay though?
